The LGBTQA Resource Center and Our Mission!
The LGBTQA Resource Center provides information, support, community space, programming, and resources to LGBTQIA2S+ and questioning students. The Center serves all LGBTQIA2S+ students, students who are questioning or exploring their identity, and other students who feel an affinity for the community that gathers in our space. This fund will allow us to initiate, sustain, and expand programs and services that enrich the holistic development of these students.

“The Center’s programs and events were wonderful at allowing me to meet more queer people on campus and learn more about all of the amazing things they have done and are currently doing. Rainbow Graduation, specifically, truly elevated graduation season for me because I got to celebrate the accomplishment of myself and my queer peers in a loving and safe space.”
“Even when I wasn’t out, it made me feel just a bit safer to know that the Center was there for me if I ever needed it.”
“The supplies that the center provides are so helpful, I myself have been able to access gender affirming care such as trans tape and other products such as pronoun pins and stickers to help me express myself to my peers and greater community alike.”
“Student groups run through the center allowed for me and friends to start groups and build communities in a supported environment where everyone is excited about what we are creating. These groups provide spaces for smaller communities that may be forgotten by the larger college community to grow and thrive. They’re one of the best ways to find friends and support in college.”
