This fund provides financial support for the annual Women of Color in the Academy Conference. This event unites women of color in academia and their allies from all backgrounds and regions of the United States, providing them with the opportunity to connect, network, draw inspiration from speakers and panelists, and acquire valuable tools and strategies to advance their careers.
