Ernie Arlett Men’s Rowing Endowed Fund
G. Ernest “Ernie” Arlett was the first coach of rowing at Northeastern. In 1965, his fledgling team defeated 33 of 34 competitors and earned a berth at England’s prestigious Henley Royal Regatta. Husky crews began turning heads and within four years his team won the national championship.
This fund will be used to provide support for the men’s varsity Rowing program, including but not limited to: travel, equipment, and support of the coaching staff.
