At Lead by Learning we believe that the quality of adult learning is critical to a system’s ability to improve. Students benefit when the education system is designed to support and value what the practitioners who work most closely with youth and families are learning–about their practice, about their learners, and about themselves. Our work over the past 15 years has proven that educators who learn about their own practice and its impact on their students become educators who can and will lead towards a more equitable future.
