Every student deserves an education that leads to agency, opportunity, and choice, but not all students have access to this. Investing in educator learning is critical to improve classroom instruction and disrupt predictive outcomes.

Lead by Learning partners with the teachers, leaders, and support providers who work with students and families daily. We build educators’ capacity to scan the well-being of their students and systems, creatively utilize resources, and work together to problem-solve challenges that emerge in real time when supporting students and families.
