A Senior Legacy gift to the program or initiative most important to you helps to ensure its existence for the next generation of students.
The Senior Legacy program is a student–driven campaign that educates seniors about the importance of philanthropic support of Northeastern, and engages them as donors to the university through a Senior Legacy gift. A committee of senior students oversees all aspects of the campaign – from event planning to recruiting volunteers and soliciting gifts – starting with the return of students to campus in September. The Senior Legacy campaign closes with an amazing gala event during Senior Week and the presentation of the class gift to President Aoun at commencement. Last year more than 70% of the senior class invested in Northeastern with a Senior Legacy gift.

How to Make Your Senior Legacy Gift
Your Participation is Essential!
As current students who have directly benefited from gifts to the university, seniors are uniquely equipped to understand the importance of philanthropic support of Northeastern. The Senior Legacy program provides the opportunity to pay it forward by financially supporting the program or initiative most important to you, helping to ensure its existence for the next generation of students. But we’re not just about fundraising – past Senior Legacy activities have included a kick-off event in Curry West Addition, bingo nights and brunch at Conor Larkins, the Senior Soiree holiday event in December, a Senior/Young Alumni Social on Giving Day, and lots more.
