Club - Human Rights Organization
We are an organization dedicated to education, outreach, and advocacy in respect to human rights. This includes work on campus as well as in the local community. In terms of education, the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights will be the focal point of our discussions in regards to both historical events and modern scenarios. As for outreach, we aspire to connect with the local community and global network to provide support for human rights endeavors and facilitate workshops and programs among the student body. For advocacy, we aspire to bring in prominent staff members, scholars, and global leaders to engage with Northeastern students and speak on human rights issues and their international implications.
