I was very excited to be accepted to Northeastern. Personally, I learn best when I am able to make direct connections between concepts I am taught and to my career path. Northeastern gives me that type of education, and allows me to explore those ideas in the working world. I am also striving to keep learning outside of the classroom through the Northeastern University Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society and my weekly volunteer experience as a Patient Escort at Massachusetts General Hospital.

My Northeastern experience would not have been possible without the financial support of donors like you. You have helped to fund my Dean’s Scholarship and alleviate the financial burden of receiving a college education, and you are making it possible for me to pursue opportunities like medical school in the future. Without the generosity of donors, this university would not have the same community of talented students and professors working together to advance education and research. And for that I am so, so grateful.

Thank you for all of your generosity.
