Northeastern’s Music Department aims to break down traditional boundaries, enabling students to connect music to their interests in technology, business, computer science, and other fields. At Northeastern, students not only learn about music, but also how music interacts with and affects the world we live in.

Gifts to this fund provide the Music Department with unrestricted resources that can be used where the department needs them most. These flexible funds empower the Music Department to capitalize on new opportunities and tackle unexpected challenges that arise during an academic year. They make it possible to offer scholarship support, pay for travel to national conferences, and provide equipment and instrument upgrades.
